It actually works!!

I'm generally hesitant when it comes to beauty products. However, the amount of good reviews of red light masks supported by studies I found, made me to take the leap of faith, and buy the mask. I love it!! I use it every day the first thing in the morning while I'm still in my bed. It's a mood booster first of all. I've noticed discolouration above my lip is gone. My skin starts to look flawless and skintone more even. Not much change in wrinkles so far, but I think it will come with prolonged usage. Definitely can recommend and I'm hooked on the red light therapy journey.

I first heard about this red-light mask on Joe Rogan's podcast, which I often listen to while lifting. I was skeptical at first because I had previously bout a red-light mask that turned out to be junk. But this one is on a whole different level!! I use it 2-3 times per week, and I can really see a difference in my skin. It's been a game-changer in my skincare routine, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

I heard about the mask from a bongino podcast and thought I would give it a try. So far I am liking it! I have a smaller face and the mask is easy to adjust for my size. The only thing I would probably improve is I think maybe another strap would benefit someone with my size face since it is too big for my lower face/chin.
