PEMF stands for “Pulsed Electromagnetic Field” and these frequencies are found in nature. PEMF frequencies at specific hertz can help you focus more, learn better, sleep deeper and recover faster.

When choosing which PEMF frequencies to use its best to look at what you are trying to achieve. Below is a list of the settings and their benefits.

Level 1 – Delta Waves at 1-3Hz

Delta waves have been shown to induce relaxation and improve deep sleep. These types of waves can assist with you falling asleep faster and staying asleep for longer. This setting is best used between 1-3 hours before bed and anytime during the day if you need to relax and calm yourself.

Level 2 – Theta Waves (The Schumann Resonance) at 8Hz

Grounding and Earthing are becoming more popular in wellness. This is the process of walking barefoot on the Earth and allowing the Earth’s natural electromagnetic frequencies to enter the body.

The Earth’s frequencies are at 7.8Hz and is called the Schumann Resonance. If you cannot get outside to ground to the Earth, you can experience the same benefits by using this setting on your PEMF Mat.

Level 3 – Alpha Waves at 9-12Hz

Alpha waves have been shown to induce a sense of calm and relax us. This type of brain wave has also been shown to boost mindfulness which makes it an excellent choice for meditation, manifestation, and yoga practice.

Level 4 – Beta Waves at 13-30Hz

Beta waves are perfect if you are looking to improve positive thinking and conscious thought. This setting is best for deep meditation practices. By increasing concentration this stimulating setting is best used during the day and should be avoided before bed.

There are no restrictions on how many times a week you can use your Infrared PEMF Mat. You can use it whenever and for however long you like. We would recommend using the Infrared PEMF Mat at least 3 times per week for optimal results.

Not all the LEDs on the PEMF Mat will illuminate as some of these are Near Infrared LEDs, which are invisible to the human eye but are registered to us as heat.

Lay out your PEMF Mat, plug it in and select which frequencies of energy you wish to receive based on your goals. With the easy-to-use remote control, you can add the beneficial red light, NIR light, FAR Infrared heat, or all combined! Set your timer and enjoy your session.

You can enjoy a session for as little as 1 minute up to 1 hours.

Our Infrared PEMF Mat has extremely low levels of harmful EMF radiation. These have been measured between 0.16mG, with 2.0mG being the official safe criterion.

Love this mat for all the health benefits it provides. Great to be able to ground in the fall and winter at home, love the deep sleep mode, I actually sleep through the night now and dreams are so vivid. Brilliant and really good quality

As a neuroscientist, I use this PEMF mat every day. It helps me with, sleep, relaxation and meditation. I find that it's helped me implement a better evening time routine before sleep to fully unwind ready for sleep. I also have a better meditation routine during the day to give myself a mental break and re-energise for the afternoon bout of work. My joint pain seems to have gotten better too. I also use it for my yoga/pilates sessions. The only downside is that it is quite heavy so I prefer to leave it in one place, but that's a telling sign that it's really good quality and made with quality stones.

My dog Kobe who has joint problems lies on it too and it's helped him tremendously. He's actually got more energy which is interesting because I think animals can give us a great insight into things. As humans, we have added variables in our lives which makes it harder to tell if something is working sometimes or not. Seeing my dog thrive from the use tells me that it's doing something because, for him, this is the only variable that has changed.

A great piece of wellness equipment for home use

I have been looking at this product for some time and decided to go for it - I’m so glad I did. It has become a part of my daily routine - I often use it whilst meditating and like one of the other reviewers I have been having some really vivid dreams. I wanted the mat to help me with winding down in the evenings (and not having a glass of wine) but so far have been using it during the daytime as the effects are so nice and I am already craving my daily boost. It has a super calming effect on my nervous system, it really helps with grounding and I am hoping it is helping on a cellular level too. My teenage daughter also loves it and is often already using it when I want a session … typical! I am hoping for big things from this mat and already seeing a really positive change.
